COBIT 5 (Control Objectives for Information and Related Technologies) is a globally recognized framework for the governance and management of enterprise IT. This study aims to explore the effectiveness of COBIT 5 training methodologies implemented for corporate employees within the IT industry. With the increasing demand for enhanced IT governance and risk management, COBIT 5 has emerged as a comprehensive tool for aligning IT processes with organizational goals. This paper investigates various training methodologies, the impact on employees’ performance, and the correlation between training and overall organizational improvement. The study also highlights the challenges, advantages, and limitations faced by corporate organizations in adopting COBIT 5 as a training framework.
